Greenville man arrested for using stolen credit card

A $1,000 shopping spree landed a Greenville man in jail.

According to authorities, Kenyarda Nord, 33, was arrested and charged with multiple counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

“A victim reported that his wallet was stolen while in Walmart,” Lt. Justin Lovvorn said. “Lt. (Joey) Disney investigated bank records of the victim and found where his stolen credit card had been used in various locations in Greenville.”

Investigators with the Greenville Police Department were then able to obtain video of Nord allegedly using the credit card.  On Jan. 23, Nord was brought in for questioning, and according to Lovvorn, confessed to using the stolen credit card.
