Billie Yvonne Brooks, 86, a resident of Deatsville, passed away on April 30 surrounded by her family. 

Graveside services were held on Friday, May 3 beginning at 2 p.m. at Hopewell Cemetery, Greenville with Bro. Jack Cates officiating and Johnson Funeral Home directing. The family  received friends at Hopewell Baptist Church, Greenville from 1 p.m. until service time.

Mrs. Billie is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Myrtle Till; sister, Lunelle Rainer and brothers, Alton Till and Falton Till.

Mrs. Billie is survived by her children, Debbie (Daniel) Johns, Kenny Whittington and Kathy Burch; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
