First Realty of Greenville, Inc. welcomes realtor Morgan Battiste to its team of professionals who are capable, honest, and hard-working in helping Butler County manage their real estate needs.

Born and raised in the small town of Slapout. Battiste grew up in a home built by her grandfather in the 1970s. His creativity in using reclaimed materials, such as bricks from burnt-down houses sparked her interest in architecture from an early age. 

Discovering that the outside of their house resembled a train engine must have been a fascinating revelation for her, further fueling her passion for homes and design. Through her father’s profession as a new construction plumber, Battiste gained exposure to the world of home construction and design. 

Spending hours studying house plans her dad would bring home and familiarizing herself with local home builders like Stone Martin speaks to her keen interest in the field. It’s clear that Battiste’s upbringing and experiences have deeply influenced her love for homes and the built environment, shaping her career path and interests along the way. 

Battiste is married to Caleb Battiste and together they have one son. She loves spending time with her family at the beach, ballfields or just being outdoors with them. Battiste and her family attend Bethel Baptist Church in Fort Deposit where they are heavily involved. In Battiste’s free time you can find her at any estate sale, yard sale or thrift store. She has a love for antiques and vintage items for the history they hold. 

Battiste’s move to Greenville marked a new chapter in her life, where she could continue to pursue her passion for homes and architecture in a new environment.  She grew to love Greenville when she learned the history of the great city. Preserving the area’s heritage while embracing its promising future is very important to her. Battiste has strong pride in all that she accomplishes, especially when it comes to helping others. Her main goal while working with First Realty of Greenville, Inc. is to always put others before herself to ensure that they are well taken care of.
