Butler County Commissioner for District 1 Joey Peavy spoke during a recent Lions club meeting about his work with the county commission and recent economic development in the county. Peavy was recently reelected to District 1 after defeating Alvin Stinson and Adam Smith in the Republican primary and will not face democratic opposition in the general election.
