As Christmas draws near, there are many little whiskered faces and tiny paws waiting to be gifted to their “furever” families. One such kitty is Rosco, a little tabby with white socks and a precious, pink nose. Rosco is quick to stick out of the crowd with his chirpy, bird-like meow, and his friendly nature.
