Mary Stinson Stallworth was born Jan. 26, 1931 and died Oct. 24 in Georgiana. Her 40 year career was with the Departments of Finance and Education in Montgomery, Jasper and Selma. After retirement, she faithfully served as a volunteer at Stabler Hospital for 20 years.

Graveside Service was Friday, Oct. 27 at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Georgiana at 2:00 p.m. with Brother Allen Stephenson officiating and Johnson Funeral Home directing.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Euriah and Ruby Stinson; brothers, Dick, Lester, and Preston; sister, Vidalue; husband, Sam Waldrop. She is survived by her husband, Edward Stallworth, Georgiana; niece, Diane Stinson Sellers, Daphne; nephew, Henry Stinson (Helen); great nephew, Preston Stinson, Austin Texas; great niece, Catherine Stinson, Huntsville.
