Greenville PD seeks help from public to identify suspect

The Greenville Police Department is investigating an Armed Robbery and seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
On 11/16/2021 around 7:30 P.M. an unknown male entered the Hill Top Grocery Gas Station in Greenville, AL. The person was described as being a black male, wearing a dark navy long sleeve shirt, white under shirt, black pants, and white adidas “shell toe” style shoes.
The male entered the gas station and pointed a firearm at the clerk, then ordered the clerk to put money from the register into a bag. The robber then took the clerks cell phone and walked out of the door. Investigators advise that he ran to his vehicle that was parked a block over. It is believed that the vehicle is a dark colored SUV with tag unknown.
