Daaiyah Latham has joined Greenville Newspapers LLC as an intern.

Latham is a senior communication major at Auburn Montgomery.

She will complete a semester-long internship and help with reporting, special sections, sports and everything in between.

“We’re very excited to have Daaiyah working with us during the fall semester,” GNL regional editor Kendra Majors said. “She comes highly recommended from her professors at AUM and we are happy to help her hone her skills as a community journalist.”

Latham is excited about her time in Greenville.

“I’m excited about this opportunity and am looking forward to learning more in my career,” she said.
