A graveside service will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, in Sunrise Memorial Park for Mrs. Sylvia “Ann” Taylor, 76, of Greenville, who died on Friday, July 10, surrounded by her loved ones. Bro. Allen Stephenson will officiate.

Her parents, Emmett Newton and Eva Daughtry, and brothers, Phillip Newton and Wallace Newton, preceded Mrs. Taylor in death.

Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Mr. Douglas “Pete” Taylor; daughters, Lisa (Robert) White, Annette Taylor, Cheryl (Robert) Taylor and Dara (Jason) Thomas; grandchildren, Lee (Taylor) White, Zach Brown, Kelsey White, Zoe Brown, Dannah Acreman, Faith Acreman, Matthew Vickery and Ethan Vickery, and brothers, Charles “Pete” Newton and William “Bill” Newton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ann’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
