A Celebration of Life Service was held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020, at Johnson Funeral Home in Georgiana for Michael (Mike) Middleton, 68, of Georgiana, who passed away on Monday, Jan. 27. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery in Georgiana. The Rev. Allen Stephenson and Min. Phillip Box officiated. A Gathering of Family and Friends was held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 30, at Johnson Funeral Home.

His father, Sam Middleton and mother, Clyde Middleton Blackmon, preceded Mr. Middleton in death.

Survivors include, his wife, Pat Middleton of Troy; daughters, Kim (Stephen) Mueller of Prosper, Texas, Amanda (Jesse) Woosley of Brandon, Miss., and Kaitlin Newton of Troy; sisters, Liz Pierce of McKenzie, Joyce Herring of Georgiana and Agnes Ivey of Mobile; brothers, Walt Middleton of Headland and Dwain Middleton of Mobile; grandson, Joseph Mueller of Prosper, Texas, and granddaughter, Libby Woosley of Brandon, Miss.
