A graveside service will be held on Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, at Little Sandy Ridge Presbyterian Church Cemetery for Anne Hines Cates, 79, of Prattville, who passed away peacefully on Monday, Jan. 20, in Prattville. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home. The Rev. Roger Parks is officiating.

Her husband, Gerald Wayne Cates Sr., preceded Mrs. Cates in death.

Survivors include, her daughter, Julie Allison (Stephen); son, Gerald Wayne Cates Jr.; grandchildren, Destin Fulcher (Sarah), Tasha Garrett (Brad), Sunni Cates (Philip) and Gerri Ward (Evans); 13 great grandchildren; sister, Sue Grantham, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
