Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at Danielville Baptist Church for Mr. Brian Scott Dantzler, 45, who died on Monday, July 15. Burial followed in Danielville Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Clay Crum and Bro. Larry Johnson officiated. Visitation was held one hour prior to the funeral service on Wednesday, July 17.

His grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Hudson and Mr. and Mrs. Finis Dantzler; father-in-law, Jim Goodwin, and great nephew, Carter Zane Smith, preceded Mr. Dantzler in death.

Survivors include his wife, Kelly Dantzler; children, Micheal Dantzler, Andrew Dantzler, Dillan Stanley and their mother, Jenny Dantzler, Drew Chandler, Sara Beth Tollison (Austin), Hampton King and Brock King; mother, Louise Hudson Vaughn; father, Vernon Dantzler (Phyllis); mother-in-law, Sara Rexroad; brothers, Adam Dantzler (Amber), Shane Vaughn (Sandra), Rusty Whittle (Deb), Shane Rexroad (Krista) and Gabe Langford (Kortney); sisters, Kelley Stinson (Mike) and Amellia Hattaway (Matt); nieces, Faith Kirby (Briar), Courtney Smith (Aaron), Whitney Turvin (Zack), Kaylee and Lindsey Vaughn, Abrianna, Dalayna, Joel and Ayden Burt and Britni an Haden Rexroad, and great nephews, Caiden Smith and Easton Kirby.

Pallbearers were Dillan Stanley, Larry Johnson, Shane Vaughn, Austin Norris, Joey Williams, Steve Lee, Aaron Smith and Briar Kirby.
