A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at First Baptist Church for Gerald Wayne Benson Sr., 86, of Greenville, who died on Monday evening, March 25. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. prior to the service. The Rev. Chase Clower and Bro. Jerry Wilkerson will officiate.
