Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019, at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home in Greenville for Elvie Claire Reaves, 87, of Greenville, who died at her residence on Wednesday, March 13. Burial followed at Buckaloo Primitive Church Cemetery. Pastor Ricky Crysell officiated. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Survivors include two sons, Haywood Reaves of Greenville and Vernon Reaves of McKenzie; brother, Joe Burgans of Greenville; nine grandchildren, and  numerous great grandchildren.
