Mr. William B. Payne, 79, a resident of Greenville, Ala. passed away on Jan. 11, 2018.

Mr. Payne is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Yvonne Payne, four children: William

Payne, Jr (Greenville, Ala.), Jackie Perry (Chicago, Ill.), Chairo Samford (Chicago, Ill.) and Gail

Newton (Atlanta, Ga.); Aunt Mildred Daniel (Athens, Ga.), Uncle Franky Payne (Bishop, Ga.)

and special friend Jimmy Wiggens (Chicago, Ill.).

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, Jan. 20th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00

p.m. at the Chapel of Carter Rice & West Funeral Home, 10 Chalet Drive, Greenville, Ala.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 21st starting at 1:00 p.m. at Poplar Spring A.M.E. Zion Church, Ridge Road, Greenville, Ala. with Rev Gloria Moorer Johnson officiating and

Carter Rice & West Funeral Home directing.
