On Oct. 23-24, the Executive Council for the Greenville Middle School Jr. Beta Club attended the Student Leadership Summit in Tupelo, Miss.
The leadership summit objectives include identifying personal behaviors and personality styles, committing to identifying core ethical and personal values and committing to act on them and increasing their capability to achieve goals.
At the summit, the students received three prestigious awards: Outstanding Leadership, Service Snapshot, and Rapid Response.
These awards qualify the Greenville Middle School Jr. Beta Club for national convention, which will be held in Savannah, Ga., in June 2018.
