SSGT Daryl F. Womack Sr., 63, a resident of Greenville, AL, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Birmingham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center East.

A homegoing service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 14^th, at Butler Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, 401 Oglesby Street, Greenville, with Rev. Robert L. Shuford officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13^th, at the Chapel of Carter Rice & West Funeral Home from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and at Butler Chapel Church one hour prior to service.

Daryl is survived by his sons, Damatrius “Terry” Allen, Detroit, MI; Jason (Tinisha) Womack, Ft. Worth, TX; Daryl F. Womack, Jr., and Christopher O. Womack, Sr.; his mother, Estelle P. Womack, Greenville, AL; his brothers, John L. (Jean) Womack, Jr., Huntsville, AL; Bradford O. Womack, Naples, FL; his sisters, Joanne (James)Tucker, Elyria, OH; Deirdre R. (Douglas Baldwin) Womack and Stacy E. Womack, both of Greenville, AL; seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.
