Luverne School will present the 58th annual Miss LHS Pageant, “Welcome to Paradise”, on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium.

Nine lovely ladies will be vying for the title of Miss LHS 2017. Contestants include: Frances Ackerman, Callie Armstrong, Symphony Bodiford, Mikayla Bryant, Keyoshia  Ezell, Sydney Morgan, Paige McGough, Emily Grace Turner and Natalie Weaver. These ladies have been working very hard gearing up for the big night and would love your support.

Each contestant has selected a little sister to assist them with pageant preparation and to cheer them on during the pageant. Little Sisters include: Jade Campbell, Tykimbria Jones, Shelby Malone, Sydney Malone, Riley Marchand, Madison, McDougald, Kelsey Morgan, Abbey Taylor and Jamilyn Wright.

Entertainment will include an original song from Echo Mann and Mitchell Moody, jazz routines from our very own Carlie Ann Hammonds and Ella Kate Tomlin as well as Shelby Malone and Jade Campbell, dance routines from Jashawn Osbourne, Tykimbria Jones and Zakayla Tillis, solos from Summer Waters and Madison Keener and performances from our kindergarten class and the FFA String Band.

Reserved tickets may be purchased from Mandy Horn beginning Thursday, Feb. 9, at 8:30 a.m.

Cost of tickets: $12.00, $8.00 and $5.00.
