GCT to plan for 2017 productions

Greenville Community Theatre players Jessica Bell, Johnna Pitts and TJ Garrard in the hit Broadway farce “Boeing Boeing.” The GCT invites theater enthusiasts to join them in planning their 2017 productions this Thursday at 6 p.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church.

The Greenville Community Theatre wants to invite you to become a part of live theatrical productions in the Camellia City. The GCT is holding a planning meeting this Thursday, January 26, at 6 p.m. at the Saint Thomas Episcopal Church Fellowship Hall and everyone is welcome to attend.

“The Greenville Community Theatre has been putting on quality shows with local talent since 2013,” says GCT President Mollie Waters.

“As always, we are looking for even more community involvement. At this meeting, we will be planning some of our events for next year, so if you have ideas you’d like to share with us, please come to the meeting!”

Past productions by the GCT have included the zany farce “Boeing Boeing” and the classic fairy tale “Rapunzel” (in conjunction with the Missoula Children’s Theatre). The Greenville Community Theatre is a group of like-minded individuals who love the theater and the opportunity to share their talents with the community.
