The Bible tells us to help our neighbor, and that is exactly what the Central Horse Club did on Sunday, Dec. 11, by sponsoring a horse show to benefit cancer patient Tammy Neese.
Neese was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer in September of this year.
She is unable to take chemo because of the nature of the cancer, but she is traveling to Montgomery Cancer Center for treatments consisting of shots and oral medication. Neese has undergone surgery and is facing at least two other surgeries, according to her daughter, Whitney.
If anyone would like to donate to help with ongoing expenses, contact Jenna Thomas at 334-559-2180 or go online to “Tammy Neese Benefit@yahoo.com”, to donate by way of paypal.
Also, donations are being accepted at Community Bank in a special account set up for Neese.
