Samuel Ben Till Jr., 76, a resident of Greenville, Ala., died at Georgiana Hospital on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016.  Mr. Till was preceded in death by his wife, Joy Welch Till; brother, Edward Till of Georgiana, Ala.; and sisters, Melba Till Allen of Marbury Ala., Edith Newton of Mobile, Ala., and  Shirley McCrory of Robertsdale, Ala.  He is survived by his son, Johnny Till (Roxanne) of Greenville, Ala.; daughter, Heidi Sawyer of Dacula, Ga.; daughter, Pamela Arthur (Chris) of Lawrenceville, Ga.; and son, David Till (Crystal) of Buford, Ga.; eight grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Maxine Gilmore of Hope Hull, Ala.; and brothers, Guin Till (Becky) of Greenville, Garyel Till (Sandra) of Milton, Fla., A.W. Till (Lanett) of Greenville, Ala., Jerry Till (Charlotte) of Lowndesboro, Ala., and Ricky Anderson (Kathi) of Montgomery, Ala.  Grave side services were held at the Friendship Methodist Church in Georgiana, Ala. on Thursday Oct. 27, 2016 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Randy Harvill officiating.
