Lucille Brown Reeves, 80, a resident of Greenville, Ala., died at Crowne Health Care on Monday, Oct. 31, 2016.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Herbert Brown officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Reeves was preceded in death by her son, Tony Edwards, and daughter, Peggy Abellan both of Greenville, Ala.; and sisters: Louise Powell of Greenville, Ala., and Sybil Chapman of Fultondale, Ala.

She is survived by her husband, James E. Reeves of Greenville, Ala.; son: Wayne Edwards (Vicki) of Phenix City, Ala.; daughters, Ann Edwards of Greenville, Ala., Joyce Ann Edwards Soto of Phoenix, Ariz., Kay Reeves Cates (Jim) of Boulder, Colo.; 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Buddy Brown (Roxie) and Jerry Brown of Trussville, Ala., Mickey Brown (Linda) Manistee, Mich., and David Oates of Nashville, Tenn.; sister, Helen Kilpatrick of Greenville, Ala., and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
