Brantley City Councilman Lorey Bogen has been acquitted of three charges made against him in 2012 and again in 2015.

In May 2015, Bogen faced two counts of domestic violence, third degree, and turned himself in. His wife, Amanda, filed an additional domestic violence charge against him at the time.

Bogen was also arrested on a domestic violence charge in July 2012 after an altercation with his wife; this case was later dropped after his wife refused to testify against him.
