On Thursday, May 5, Crenshaw Christian Academy’s 22nd annual foundation golf tournament was held at the Cambrian Ridge-Robert Trent Jones Golf course in Greenville, Ala.

The event, which is one of the schools biggest fundraisers of the year, hosted 102 golfers from an assortment of places. The tournament pulled in local golfers from the state of Alabama, as well as participants from Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana and Arkansas.

“We had a wonderful turnout, the weather was perfect and the staff at Robert Trent Jones and our cheerleaders did a wonderful job working as always. It was great catching up with old friends and meeting new ones,” said Russ Tranum, coordinator of the tournament, along with Chris Johnson
