Luverne Police Department searches for missing man

A Crenshaw County man was reported missing on  April 26.

Twenty-four-year-old Marcus Dewayne Crenshaw was last seen walking north on South Forest Street in Luverne at 4 a.m. Crenshaw is an African American male with brown eyes, black hair and stands at 5’10”.

It is reported that he left walking from McDonald’s on Tuesday morning; this is the last known location authorities can confirm. LPD received a statement from an eyewitness and also viewed security footage from McDonald’s to identify Crenshaw.

“Right now, we have some other information that has been provided to us but nothing we have been able to corroborate at this time,” said Luverne Police Department Investigator Mason Adcock.

“It’s very important that the public step up and help us at this time.”

Crenshaw was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, camouflage shorts and white shoes.
