The Butler County Humane Society will hold its spring edition of Bark in the Park April 24.
The event’s pet parade and contest kick off at 3 p.m. Every pet wins a prize and one lucky dog will take home the grand prize — a canine treat-filled basket. The pet’s owner will receive a $50 Ruby Tuesday gift card. There is a $5 fee per pet entered and costumes are welcome but not required.
Music will be provided by Major Delay and picnic foods—hot dogs, pizza and soft drinks — available for purchase.
The event will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Confederate Park in downtown Greenville. For more information call (334) 437-2150.
