Sherrell Eugene Turner, 69, a resident of Greenville, Ala., died Friday, April 8 at LV. Stabler Memorial Hospital. The celebration of life service was held Sunday, April 10 at Ebenezer East Baptist Church at 3 p.m. with Rev. Larry Gaston officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home announcing. Visitation was held 30 minutes prior to the service.

Mr. Turner was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Frances and Ross “Bunt” Turner Jr. and sister, Linda Turner Knotts. He is survived by his wife, Charolette Turner of Greenville; daughter, Shea Turner, and fiancée, Derrick Ingram, of Greenville, Ala.; son, Tommy Turner, and wife, Christy Turner, of Greenville, Ala.; granddaughters, MacKenzie Nicole Turner, and Sierra LeeAnn Head, both of Greenville, Ala.; sister, Elaine Reeves (Albert) of Saraland, Ala.; brothers, William “Buddy” Turner of Greenville, Ala., and Lauvone “Billy” Turner of Montgomery, Ala., and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
