Annie Ruth Anderson, 94, a resident of Greenville, Ala., died at her home Friday, June 5, 2015. The funeral service will take place Sunday, June 7 beginning at 4:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Paul and Reverend Jim Sasser officiating, and with Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by her children, Eugenia Folds (Cecil), Terry Anderson, Sonny Anderson and Rick Anderson, all of Greenville, Randy Anderson (Susan) of Milton, Fla., and Mike Anderson (Marilyn) of Prattville, Ala.; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Edna Kirkland and Ethelyn Watson, both of Greenville; brother, Harold Sirmon (Betty) of Semmes, Ala., and a number of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Anderson worked with the Butler County Rescue Squad for 25 years.  She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Alabama, Greenville Chapter No. 197, for 50 years.  She was also a member of Rhodes Chapel United Methodist Church of Greenville.
