Butler County students earn degrees from AUM

Eight Butler County residents were recently awarded degrees during Auburn Montgomery’s commencement ceremony held on May 16.

Holly Elizabeth Watford, of Georgiana, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communication; Kristen Pugh Beverly, of Greenville, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing; LaShonda J. Crenshaw, of Greenville, graduated with a Master of Education; Laurie Estelle Jones, of Greenville, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Adrian T. Martin, of Greenville, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; George Jeffery Nix, of Greenville, graduated with a Master of Business Administration; Edward Elisha Poole, of Greenville, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English; and Brooke Ross Richardson, of Greenville, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Auburn University at Montgomery is ranked among the South’s top universities by U.S. News and World Report and was named one of the best colleges in the Southeast by The Princeton Review.
