Hartley graduates USAF basic training

Air Force Airman 1st Class Ethan E. Hartley graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Hartley is the son of Elbert and Venell Hartley of Georgiana, Ala., and brother of Taylor Hartley of Andalusia, Ala. He is also the grandson of Inella Lewis of Greenville, Ala., and nephew of Velda Lewis of Ellenwood, Ga., and Stephanie Lewis of Greenville, Ala.
The airman graduated in 2011 from Georgiana School and he earned an associate degree in 2013 from LBW Community College in Greenville.
