Greenville natives Lauren Bryan Smith and Skyler Sherrell were awarded their master of science in nursing degrees from Auburn University Sunday during a ceremony held in Auburn Arena.

Bryan, a Greenville High School graduate, received her bachelor of science in nursing from Auburn, while Sherrell, a Fort Dale Academy graduate, received her bachelor of science in nursing from AUM.

Both are now certified primary care nurse practitioners.
