Miss Susan’s School of Dance held its annual spring recital at the Ritz Theater last Saturday. The house was packed with overflow attendees watching from the lobby. The first act, “Love to Dance,” featured the school’s 65 young dancers performing to various love-themed songs. The second act was the ballet “Paquita,” set during the Napoleonic occupation in the early 19th century. Susan Andrews, who owns the school, said it was her 45th year of teaching dance, and thanked all the parents who had supported her throughout the years.
