We’re more effective when we’re on our knees

Dear friends,

In John 14:6, Jesus tells us some very important things,“I am the Way, I am the Truth and I am the Life. No man comes to the Father except through Me.”

He is the only Way to get to heaven. There is nothing you can do on your own. No matter “how good” we are, or how many “good deeds” we accomplish, it is all in vain unless we have accepted Jesus Christ into our hearts as our Lord and Savior.

He is the Truth. Jesus Christ is the only Truth I have found that has never lied, that has never been a let-down, that has never forsaken, that has never neglected or given up on His children.

His Word is Truth and has remained constant when everything else in life can feel like shifting sand. His Truth reveals stable, everlasting life.

He is the Life. He gives it abundantly! His joy overflows into rivers that spill out into driest places in our lives and quenches our deepest spiritual thirst and hunger for Him.

No man comes to the Father except through Him. No matter the way we go, the truths we believe or the life we live. Unless we have Jesus, we will not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Time is at hand, my friends. Jesus Christ is returning sooner than we can imagine. There is an urgency that is sweeping across the nation. That urgency is the cry out to God to show us the Way, the Truth and the Life.

I know we can get so bogged down watching the news every day and reading social media that we want to go into our community streets and protest against the evil that seems to be running rampant.

But remember this, we are more effective on our knees crying out to God, than standing and crying out against any brother or sister on this earth. (Ephesians 6:12 )

We are to be examples of His Way, His Truth and His Life!

We are in this world but not of this world. (Romans 12:2)
