Mr. Roy Lee Teel, Sr., 64, a resident of Brantley, died Tues., Dec. 2, 2014 after a lengthy illness. The family will schedule a memorial service at a later date.

Mr. Teel is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy and Mary Lawson Teel; and two brothers, Jimmy Wayne Teel and Daniel Teel. Survivors include his ex-wife, Marie Carnley; three children, Roy Lee (Maria) Teel, Jr., Jason L. Teel and Erin Marie Rhodes; two grandchildren, Jenifer Jackson and Courtney Jackson; two great-grandchildren, Da’Kalin Cargill and Trentin Jowers; five sisters, Jean Lowe, Faye Byers, Sue Sloan, Mary Bush and Shirley McManus; and two brothers, Bill Teel and Paul Teel.
