Vivian Pauline Bolling, age 77, a former resident of Glenwood, went to be with the Lord on Sat., Nov. 29, 2014 at Crowne Healthcare Facility in Greenville, after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be held at Friendship Baptist Church in the Bullock

community on Mon., Dec. 1, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Donnie Marler officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation was held at Hayes Funeral Home on Sunday evening.

Mrs. Bolling had an unwavering love for God, her church and her family, giving selflessly her best in all she did. She was a devoted Sunday school teacher, Sunday school superintendent and church treasurer for many years. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Doshie Nelson Rushing and Jessie Rushing; husband, William Rex Bolling; eldest son, Gary R. Bolling; and her sister, Audrey Merle Powell.

Survivors include her son, William Stanley (Sonya) Bolling of Luverne; son, Kenneth Wayne Bolling of Birmingham; grandson, Thomas Jarrod (Heather) Bolling of Brantley; grandson, Franklin Marino Bolling of Luverne; great-grandson, Thomas Jeremy Bolling of Brantley; great-grandson, Aiden Lane Bolling of Brantley; and great-grandson, Nolan Jase Bolling, also of Brantley. She is also survived by a niece, Jean Bryan, of Brantley; and great-nieces. Tracy Whitehurst and Cindy Hawthorne, also of Brantley.

Hayes Funeral Home of Elba, Alabama is serving the Bolling family.
