LBW Community College’s culinary arts students in Andalusia recently benefited from a demonstration by Erin Beasley of Montgomery, consumer marketing representative with the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association. Beasley, center, demonstrated beef cutting techniques and how to identify the various cuts of meat.  Also pictured are Chef Michael Whelan, left forefront, LBWCC culinary arts faculty, and students in the LBWCC culinary arts kitchen.
