Cattlemen’s Association speaks with LBWCC culinary students

LBW Community College’s culinary arts students in Andalusia recently benefited from a demonstration by Erin Beasley of Montgomery, consumer marketing representative with the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association. Beasley, center, demonstrated beef cutting techniques and how to identify the various cuts of meat.
