A single-vehicle crash Saturday night claimed the life of a 36-year-old Pine Apple man.

Charles Cauthen was killed when his 1998 Toyota 4Runner left the road and overturned at approximately 8:15 p.m. The crash happened on Hwy. 10, just west of Greenville.

State Troopers say Cauthen did not have on a seatbelt.
