Madison Heleon Cook, 96, a resident of Red Level, Ala., passed away July 22. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 25, at Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Boles officiating. Burial will follow in Vera Cruz Cemetery in Red Level with Johnson Funeral Home directing arrangements. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 a.m. until the funeral. Mr. Cook is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Wells Cook; daughter, Nell C. Pierce; five brothers; three sisters; and a grandson, Russell H. Watson. Survivors include: Edna M. (Durrwood) Cross, Enterprise, Ala., Betty M. Watson, Brewton, Ala., Jane C. (Bill) Sellers, Red Level, Ala.; sister, Frances C. Phillips, Brantley, Ala.; brothers, James H.
