Scott finishes basic training

U.S. Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Tikina D. Scott graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Scott is the daughter of Robert L. Scott of Biloxi, Miss., and Yolanda Y. Cook of Greenville, Ala., and the sister of Joshua A. Scott of Memphis, Tenn., and Tylesha D. Cook of Greenville, Ala.
She is the and granddaughter of Jeff and Rosa L. Albritton of Greenville, Ala.
Scott is a 2008 graduate of Greenville High School
