Arlen Jackie Blackmon, 68, a resident of Highland Home, Ala., passed away May 19. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Greenville. Mr. Blackmon was preceded in death by his father, A.C. Blackmon. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Blackmon; children, Suzanne Holmes, Jimmy (Dee) Blackmon, and Jason (Nicole) Blackmon; grandchildren, Eric, Kevin, Nick, Abby, Lara Beth, Korey; brother, Allan Blackmon; sister, Diane Yates and several nieces and nephews.
