Barbara Newton, 68, passed away April 10.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Clevie and Bonnie Miniard.  Survivors include her children, Brian (Tonya) Newton, Tina (Richard) Wiggins and April Newton; grandchildren, Eric and Shannon Wiggins and Brandon, Lillian and Sara Newton; brothers, Roger (Linda) Miniard and Russell (Shari) Miniard; and sisters, Shirley (Clyde) Messer and Linda (Michael) Powell.  Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12, at 1 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church in Greenville.
