Caroline Ryan was one of several members who brought items to the last Butler County Historical Society meeting.

Ryan brought her antique doll, previously owned as a girl by her aunt, the late Caroline Crenshaw Rogers.

The meeting featured “Bring and Tell” with items such as early school books, a walking cane presented to professor John B. Little, and a land grant.

There was also a trivia contest on Butler County history won by Col. Eric Cates.
