Mr. and Mrs. John Ludlum are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Regina Corine Caffey, to Steven Earl Lowe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Lowe. An October 19 wedding is planned at Magnolia Baptist Church in Highland Home.
