Willie Mack Smith, 67, a resident of Greenville, Ala., passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 3, at 1 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church in Georgiana, Ala. He will lie-in-state from noon until service time with Rev. Tim Skipper officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Georgiana with Johnson Funeral Home directing arrangements. The family will receive friends Friday, August 2, at Johnson Funeral Home in Georgiana from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents, Perry Tauson Smith and Katie Lou Smith; daughter, Rhonda Michelle Smith; sisters, Myra Till and Ruby Jackson; brothers, Grile Smith and Clarence Smith. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Marilyn Smith, Greenville, Ala.; sons, Thomas Wesley Smith, Wetumpka, Ala., Douglas (Nicole) Smith, Greenville, Ala., Shawn Daniel (Summer) Smith, Pensacola, Fla., and Hunter Smith, Greenville, Ala.; brothers, Leo Smith, Carl Smith, Jack Smith, and Thomas Vernon Smith; grandchildren, Ella Michelle Smith, Landyn Mack Smith, Bentley Daniel Smith and Brenna Marilyn (Muffin) Smith.
