Mr. and Mrs. George Brantley are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lawanna Brantley, to Jason McConico, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank McConico.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Shepheard.

She is a graduate of Highland Home High School and Reid State Technical College.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Ms. Susie Davidson and Mr. Wiley Crenshaw, and Ms. Laura Carter.

He is a graduate of Greenville High School.

The couple will exchange vows on April 27 at Confederate Park in Greenville, Ala., at 4 p.m.
