Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Powell of Andalusia are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Haydn Leigh Powell, to James Logan Greene, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Greene of Andalusia.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Powell and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Godwin, all of Andalusia.

She is a 2006 graduate of Straughn High School and a 2011 graduate of Troy University, where she earned a bachelor’s of business administration degree. She is currently employed with Powell Furniture.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Glade McBryde of Andalusia, Ms. Mary Greene of Greenville, and the late Mr. James Greene of Ft. Deposit.

He is a 2006 graduate of Andalusia High School and is currently employed with Covington County Water Authority.

The couple will exchange vows on March 23, 2013, at Hickory Ridge Lodge.
