Curtis Jessie Brooks, 61, a resident of McKenzie, Ala., died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013. Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at the Johnson Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Harry Driggers offiiciating. Burial followed in South Butler Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing arrangements. Survivors include: sisters, Alene (Max) Tolbert and Sharon Brooks, both of McKenzie, Ala.; brothers, Jerry Dillard Brooks, McKenzie, Ala., and Norman (Diane) Brooks, Red Level, Ala.; a number of nieces and nephews.
