Mrs. Susie Mae Griffin Ainsworth, 85, a resident of Luverne died Sunday December 23, 2012. Graveside services were held at 2:30 pm Wednesday December 26, 2012 at the Providence Methodist Church Cemetery, Georgiana, AL with Minister Scott Penn officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Ainsworth was preceded in death by her husband, Frank C. Ainsworth; a daughter, Elaine Morris; and a son, Willie C. Ainsworth. Survivors include seven children, Thomas Ainsworth, Linda Howell, Nellie Berneice Holcombe, Carol Helm, Susan Penn, Frances Ritter and Barbara Richvalsky; and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Grandsons served as active pallbearers.
