Greenville Councilman Jeddo Bell attended the Alabama League of Municipalities’ 2012 policy meeting of the transportation, public safety and communications committee on Aug. 14 in Montgomery to help develop state municipal policy for the upcoming year.

The Alabama League of Municipalities was organized in 1935, and now serves more than 440 municipalities. The primary purpose of the League is to promote understanding of municipal government and administration in Alabama and thereby advance the welfare of the people of this state.
