Mrs. Vivian Melinda Williams is proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Jessica Miranda Williams, to Derrick Dewayne Wingard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Carl Wingard, all of McKenzie. The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Mr. Cecil Lamar Williams. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Herbert (H.H) Sanford and the late Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Austin (C.A.) Williams, all of McKenzie. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Graham Wingard and Mr. John Franklin Smith and the late Mrs. Lula Dot Smith, all of McKenzie. The ceremony is planned for Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the McKenzie United Methodist Church. All family and friends are invited to attend.
